Jessica E. Munday
President and Founder
Founder of Trio Solutions Inc., Jessica has worked in the communications/marketing and
healthcare industries for more than 15 years and has been involved in e-health since 1997.
She holds a master's degree in healthcare administration from the Medical University of
South Carolina and an undergraduate degree in management and marketing from the
University of North Carolina at Asheville. Jessica's professional background includes
strategic planning, public and government relations, marketing, community outreach,
Web development, e-health strategy, event planning and branding.

Jennifer Cherock
VP, Planning Services
Jennifer joined the company as vice president of planning services in 2004. Jennifer is
responsible for managing and securing client projects in the areas of special event,
conference and meeting planning. Additionally, Jennifer works closely with the
team to develop strategic marketing and communication initiatives for clients and
new business development plans for Trio Solutions. A native of Northern Virginia, Jennifer is
a 1999 graduate of Old Dominion University where she earned a bachelor's degree in
communications with an emphasis in marketing and public relations. Prior to joining
Trio Solutions Inc., she was employed by Pepco Energy Services in Arlington,
Virginia, as an affinity marketing specialist where she helped coordinate the development
and dissemination of energy marketing and sales initiatives in the Mid-Atlantic region. Jennifer
also gained experience in the marketing and Web development field when she was employed
as a marketing and community outreach associate for Children's Hospital of The King's
Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia.
Krista Robertson
VP, Marketing & PR Services
Krista brings the marketing strategy and creative spark to the Trio Solutions team. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Krista
has created marketing material and Web sites for companies domestically and internationally. Her portfolio offers
a vast array of stylish, yet effective communication pieces. Clients continuously praise her talent and
she truly understands the strategic aspect of design, the importance of effective and consistent communication efforts.
In addition to her undergraduate degree, Krista has a degree in visual arts.
Jessica Johnston
VP, Client Relations
As vice president of client relations, Jessica serves as the link between our clients and the three service areas.
Jessica previously held the role of director of administration and business development where she
oversaw the daily administrative operations for the office and assisted with new business development. A native of Salisbury,
North Carolina, Jessica is a 2003 graduate of the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill, where she earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with
an emphasis in marketing from the Kenan-Flagler Business School. She also
completed a portion of her academic courses in Florence, Italy. Prior to
joining Trio Solutions, Jessica was office coordinator for John Wieland Homes and
Neighborhoods of South Carolina.
Nancy Lyons
Office Manager
As office manager, Nancy is responsible for overseeing the administration of the Trio office, including bookkeeping,
facilities management and assisting the service areas and Trio's clients. Nancy brings over nine years of office management experience
to the Trio team. A native of Concord, North Carolina, Nancy is a graduate of Appalachian State
University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in sociology. Prior to joining Trio Solutions,
Nancy managed a fine-art gallery in downtown Charleston.
Roxanne Hicks
Graphic Designer
Roxanne is our resident artist. She creates design collateral for Trio and our clients. A native of Clarkston,
Michigan, Roxanne is a 2002 graduate of College for Creative Design in Detroit, Michigan,
where she earned a bachelor's degree in fine arts. Majoring in communication design, she
has created outstanding pieces for various companies and her community. Prior to joining
Trio Solutions Inc., Roxanne worked as a graphic designer for YMCA of the Triangle in Raleigh,
North Carolina. Before
working with the YMCA, she worked for Webcor Packaging Corporation as a production artist and
graphic designer for five years.
Brian Dadin
Lead Web Programmer
Brian has been an integral member of the Trio Solutions team since the company's inception. His
in-depth knowledge of Web development is indispensable. With more than eight years of
experience in Web site design and engineering, Brian continues to allow us to meet all of our client
needs and keep them at the forefront of Internet technology. His experience ranges from establishing
online donations for non-profits to developing large sites with complex integrated database systems. His talent base includes
technologies such as CGIs, e-commerce systems, JavaScript, AJAX and Flash. Brian graduated from the College of Charleston with a
degree in computer science and has several years of Web development experience in the health care setting.
