Trio recently completed a strategic plan for 2008 and held a kick-off retreat earlier this month. We are excited about what the New Year has in store for us and look forward to accomplishing our goals. Just a few of the exciting things that you can expect to see from Trio in 2008 include:

  • Creation of a vice president of client relations position. This new role will be created to maintain and expand existing relationships with our clients and to ensure the highest level of customer service. The vice president of client relations will serve as the link between our client and Trio's three service areas - event planning, marketing and PR, and Web.

  • To develop and refine project management processes within each of our divisions. At Trio we recognize that the road to greatness is paved with quality and that quality is not created without clear, fool-proof systems that minimize error and ensure the best final product. By defining processes we will minimize mistakes and ensure a higher level of quality assurance for our clients. We are committed to defining these systems with our customers in mind, from their perspective not ours.

  • Complete a customer satisfaction survey. Trio has grown exponentially over the past seven years. We feel it's important to stop and evaluate our progress so we have contracted without an outside research firm to help us with this very important evaluation. We look forward to seeing the results so we can continue to better our company. We recognize there is always room for improvement and we're ready to grow.

  • Redesign the Trio Web site. We love our site but like Brian's article says, there comes a time when it's time to redesign. We feel that we have approached that time at Trio and look forward to a fresh new look in our .com side of the world. We hope to have the new site up by late spring.

Trio is the area's only full-service marketing communications firm specializing in health care and nonprofits and we have built a reputation on being dedicated to the community and providing quality services with the highest level of customer service. We continue to build upon this position in the marketplace and plan to expand services into other areas of the Carolinas over the next year.

It is our hope that by focusing on our goals and holding one another accountable that we will continue to fulfill our mission to be highly-regarded as a creative, customer service-focused company that specializes in marketing, event planning and Web solutions that build awareness and strengthen brands for nonprofit and health care organizations.
