Connect Three is our quarterly e-newsletter. Each issue includes articles focusing
on our three service areas: event planning, marketing/PR and Web; plus we spotlight some of
our creative designs and activities that we are involved with.
I would like to take this opportunity to recognize my team at Trio Solutions Inc. for everything they do to give back to the community. Our team consists of the most altruistic, giving, community-minded people I have ever known. Everyone on our team believes strongly in giving back to the community and we each do our part to make a difference in the world through our professional experience and personal interests. We become a part of our client's team, forming more of a partnership than just the typical client-consultant relationship. With every nonprofit client we take on, our team ends up not only providing our professional services, but volunteering their personal time and many times raise their own funds to generate donations for the clients.
Although I started Trio Solutions Inc. on my own six years ago, this company would not be what it is today without the talent and dedication of its employees. It is because of them and their collective efforts that we have grown into a recognized, well-respected company. I know you may be thinking that I'm tooting my own horn but I wanted to take this opportunity to share with our Connect Three readers that we really do try to live by our philosophy at Trio. Sometimes it's challenging when the day-to-day operations of doing business tend to get in the way but at the end of the day we truly enjoy helping our clients fulfill their missions. It's not about us - it's about you and it's about why. And for me to come to work every day and surround myself with such great people is truly an honor.
To put it simply, the Trio Solutions Inc. crew is a group of really cool people that care and I'm proud to have them on my team. I feel lucky to not only have a great group of talented, dedicated folks working here but to also have such a great group of friends.

CreateAthon®
This past September Trio Solutions Inc. worked 24-hours straight (well actually it ended up being 34 hours) to benefit five local nonprofit organizations through our CreateAthon. CreateAthon is a 24-hour, work-around the clock creative blitz during which Trio Solutions Inc. provides marketing and creative services to Lowcountry nonprofit organizations on a pro-bono basis. The selected nonprofits have little or no marketing budgets.
Since the program's expansion from a single market to an international effort, 40 agencies have joined the CreateAthon network. This effort has benefited 833 nonprofit organizations with 1,809 projects valued at $7 million. CreateAthon was created by RIGGS advertising agency in Columbia, SC. Trio is the official CreateAthon agency for the Lowcountry.
