TRIO SOLUTIONS FOUNDER NAMED PRESIDENT OF MUSC JOINT ALUMNI BOARD

Charleston, SC --- Jessica E. Munday, president and owner of Trio Solutions Inc., has been named president of the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Joint Alumni Board. Munday has been an active member of the alumni association since graduating with a master's degree in health administration in 1998.

Munday donates much of her personal time to MUSC. She served two consecutive terms as president of the Department of Health Administration and Policy alumni chapter as well as three consecutive terms as president of the MUSC College of Health Professions Alumni Association. Munday will serve one year as president of the Joint Alumni Board. The board comprises four representatives from each of the University's six colleges, the board president and the president of MUSC.

"Jessica is one of our most active and supportive volunteer leaders. Her involvement has been pivotal to the progress experienced by the College of Health Professions Alumni Association in recent years. It's very serendipitous to now have her lead our Joint Alumni Board, a 24-member group with representatives from each of our six health science colleges," says Betsy Waters, executive director of the MUSC Office of Alumni Affairs.

An Asheville, North Carolina native, Munday started Trio Solutions Inc. in 2001. Based in Mount Pleasant, Trio Solutions Inc. is a full-service marketing consultant firm specializing in event planning, marketing and design, and Web services for health care and nonprofit organizations. Jessica lives in Mount Pleasant with her husband Jamie, a professional sportfishing captain and their 4-year-old son, David.
