A proud New Yorker now based in Charleston, South Carolina, Shaniequa Washington brings passion, purpose, and vibrant identity to everything she does. A wife, mother, proud Nona and believer, she is a dynamic content creator, wearable art and earring designer, mental wellness advocate, and cultural awareness speaker. Her life’s mission is to spread love and light while addressing the root causes of division in our communities, using fashion, storytelling and intentional leadership as tools for change.

With over 24 years of senior leadership experience at a top Fortune 500 company, Shaniequa’s leadership style is characterized by care for people and community. She attended Marist College and is a certified diversity and inclusion trainer, a life and leadership coach, and a lead curriculum writer for Atiras International Coaching Academy. Her work is deeply grounded in creating spaces for holistic living and empowering individuals to embrace their vibrant, authentic selves.

She is the founder and CEO of Zuriel Kingdom Collections LLC, a brand rooted in faith and expression through fashion, and Blue Penguin Logistics, LLC, a company built on purpose and innovation.
