Graphic Designer

The graphic designer serves as an integral part of our creative services team. Through creative excellence and an understanding of the effect that great design has on a marketing message, this role will work to provide visual solutions for TRIO’s full array of services.
In this seat, you will be accountable for the following:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative team, to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives within budget and scope
- Work closely with the director of creative services and account managers to determine project needs and ensure production schedules meet deadlines
- Collaborate with all teams to design deliverables that align with a brand’s voice and support its marketing goals and creative strategy
- Develop and translate marketing guidelines and brand standards for a variety of industries into functional design
- Produce custom wireframe and page design for all agency web projects and email communications.
- Responsible for reviewing all projects prior to sharing with the client to ensure they are error-free
- Attend client discovery meetings as needed
- Work with all third-party vendors to accomplish print estimates and production needs
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends so output stays relevant and fresh
- Comfortable presenting concepts to both internal teams, partners and clients.

In addition to an insatiable desire to learn, to be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of graphic design experience and 2–3 years of agency experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Figma
- Experience with Google Workspace
- A natural eye for great design and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences
- Able to translate complex ideas into compelling materials and experiences
- Comfortable with both full-scope integrated campaign creative and project-based work as well as time tracking
- Competent design skills across all mediums including the web
- Capable of toggling between multiple projects throughout the day
- An appreciation for how excellent work gets done and a commitment to ensuring creative excellence for all deliverables
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a desire for results
- Insatiably curious, a lifelong learner
