Custom rental packages are also available to meet your needs!
Need help? Our Creative Lab concierge is on-site and ready to help with setup, breakdown and more. We also offer a full-service production crew and convenient post production services at an additional cost to give your project the finishing touch.

A Creative Space for All
TRIO is proud to provide accessibility accommodations for Creative Lab guests. Our facility offers free onsite parking featuring several handicapped spaces. Situated on the second floor of the HEC, The Creative Lab is easily accessible via elevator and positioned near restrooms, water fountains and a second-floor kitchenette. Please contact our team prior to your session with any concerns or requirements for your private studio session.

What are The Creative Lab’s operating hours?
The Creative Lab is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please contact our team to discuss special accommodations if these hours do not fit your availability.

What if the available times do not fit my schedule?
If your preferred schedule is not available or the booking window is closed, please email The Creative Lab concierge for assistance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I extend my session if I need more time?
Extensions are subject to availability. If you need more time, please notify our Creative Lab concierge as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I tour The Creative Lab before booking a session?
Absolutely! We encourage prospective users to schedule a tour of our facilities. Please contact The Creative Lab concierge to arrange a visit.

Is there a limit to the number of people I can bring?
Our space can accommodate up to 3 guests per session. For larger groups or special accommodations, please contact our Creative Lab concierge so that we can secure additional waiting space for your larger party.

Are food and beverages allowed in The Creative Lab?
Due to the high-value equipment in this space, we ask users to refrain from eating and drinking in The Creative Lab. However, our building offers the convenience of kitchenettes and a full cafeteria easily accessible on the first floor via elevator.

What types of backdrops are available?
We offer a variety of backdrops, including white, black and a marbled gray background. Please specify your needs when booking so that our team can prepare the space for your session’s unique needs.

Are there any a la carte services I can add?
Additional services include hiring a photographer or videographer and post-production editing services, which vary depending on project scope and deliverables. We can provide a quote upon request.

Do I need to bring anything to my session?
Yes, all users must bring their own storage device (flash drive, hard drive, SD card, etc.) to receive their files. If you’d like to use our tether setup, you will need your computer. If you’d like to use the teleprompter, let us know so we can have an iPad ready for that, unless you have your own you’d like to bring.
