Meet the Partners Who Help Make It Happen

Great work is rarely done alone. Behind every campaign, every milestone and every moment of growth, there are partners who challenge us to think bigger, move smarter and lead with intention. These are the collaborators who bring new tools to the table, help sharpen our approach and push us to be better for our clients and our community.
When you’ve been in business for 25 years, you’re bound to make friends along the way. These few have played an important role in shaping how we work, grow and show up every day. It’s just a snapshot of the many incredible partnerships we’re so lucky to share.
Sonya Giffin
When it comes to leadership and business growth, few people bring the clarity, energy and accountability that Sonya Giffin does. We’re proud to have been guided by Sonya’s lessons and leadership for all these years.
Through her work with Happy Ass Leadership and Maxed, Sonya has helped shape how we think about growth: It’s not just in numbers. It’s a mindset. Her approach blends strategy with real-world execution, helping teams like ours move from ideas to action with confidence.
Sonya is known for meeting people where they are, while helping them see and make it to where they’re truly capable of going. That balance has made a meaningful impact on how we communicate, lead and continue to grow as a business.

Harbor Entrepreneur Center (HEC)
Charleston’s entrepreneurial spirit has a home, and we’re proud to have been part of it from the beginning. TRIO was one of the Harbor Entrepreneur Center’s first tenants, and over the years, it has become much more than a workspace. It’s a hub for connection, collaboration and community.
Under the leadership of Executive Director Grady Johnson and the ever-resourceful Kim McManus (a.k.a. the “Chaos Coordinator,” as HEC residents know her), the Harbor continues to foster an environment where ideas grow and partnerships thrive.
And did we mention that our founder and CEO, Jessica Munday, serves on HEC’s leadership board as a founding member and chair-elect? It’s a full-circle moment that reflects just how meaningful this partnership has been.
From shared conversations to shared milestones, this entrepreneurial hub has played a lasting role in TRIO’s journey and in the journeys of many Lowcountry businesses you love.
Sun Solutions
A strong partnership is built on trust, reliability and shared standards of excellence. There’s no greater proof of that than Sun Solutions. Based in Columbia, South Carolina, this trusted printing partner helps us deliver for small-business and nonprofit marketing clients across all industries.
From innovative print projects to event booths and large-scale mailing, Sun Solutions helps ensure that our clients receive the same care and attention to detail once deliverables leave our doors. We’re grateful for their expertise, responsiveness and steady support, which allow us to focus on delivering strategic and creative solutions.
It’s the kind of partnership that works quietly in the background — but makes a meaningful difference in everything we do.
Meghan Hickman, EOS Implementer
You can’t leave growth to chance. You need clarity, structure and the right guidance. When we began our EOS journey, we understood how important it was to choose the right implementer and, man, are we grateful to have found Meghan Hickman!
As TRIO’s EOS Implementer, Meghan has helped bring focus and alignment to how we operate as a team. Through EOS, she’s guided us in strengthening accountability, improving communication and building a framework that supports both creativity and consistency. As the first female EOS Implementer in South Carolina and an entrepreneur who has been powered by EOS since 2014, she understands firsthand what it takes to build and sustain a strong business.
She also brings something equally important: heart. Whether she’s leading a session, supporting leadership teams or simply asking the right questions at the right time, Meghan helps turn intention into action. Proud wife, dog mom and rockstar aunt to 15 nieces and nephews, she reminds us that strong businesses are built by strong, grounded people.

The Power of Partnership
While these are just a few of the partners who have influenced our path, they represent something bigger: a belief that no great agency grows in isolation. To every partner who has shared ideas, offered perspective and helped us move forward — thank you. Only 10% of businesses make it this far, and we couldn’t have done it without you!
Let’s Build Something Together
