What are The Creative Lab’s Operating Hours?
The Creative Lab is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please contact our team to discuss special accommodations if these hours do not fit your availability.

Can I tour The Creative Lab before booking a session?
Absolutely! We encourage interested users to schedule a tour of our facilities. Please contact a TCL team member to arrange a visit.

Is there a limit to the number of people I can bring?
Our space can accommodate up to 3 guests per session. For larger groups or special accommodations, please contact a TCL team member to secure additional waiting space for your party.

Are food and beverages allowed in The Creative Lab?
Due to the high-value equipment in this space, we ask users to refrain from eating and drinking in The Creative Lab. However, our building offers the convenience of kitchenettes and a full cafeteria easily accessible on the first floor via elevator.

What types of backdrops are available?
We offer a variety of backdrops, including white, black and a marbled gray background. Please specify your needs when booking so that our team can prepare the space for your session’s unique needs.

Are there any a la carte services I can add?
Additional services include hiring a photographer or videographer and post-production editing services, which vary depending on project scope and deliverables. We can provide a quote upon request.

In what format are deliverables provided?
Sessions booked without TRIO support generate their own deliverables. For all TRIO-supported services, our team provides the following formats:
- Audio files: .wav
- Photo files: Raw images
- Video files: .mp4 and .wav -
Do I need to bring anything to my session?
Yes, all users must bring their own storage device (flash drive, hard drive, SD card, etc.) to receive their files. If you’d like to use our tether setup, you will need your computer. If you’d like to use the teleprompter, let us know so we can have an iPad ready for that, unless you have your own you’d like to bring.
